The Hustle module tracks your weekly sales activity so you can stay consistent with the actions that drive pipeline and closed deals. It breaks down your activity by week and compares it to your weekly goals.
This is your activity scoreboard — a simple way to see if you’re doing the work that leads to wins.
Filters
At the top of the Hustle module, you can filter your activity by:
- Sales Person — See one rep’s activity or the entire team
- Year — Switch between years to compare activity across time
- Month — View activity week-by-week for the selected month
These filters update the table instantly.
Reading the Hustle Grid
Each sales rep has their own activity table. Every table includes:
Activity Types Tracked
These may vary by company but typically include:
- Canvassing
- Cold Calls
- JV Meetings
- Networking Events
These actions represent the day-to-day hustle required to generate new opportunities.
Weekly Goal Column
Each activity type has a Weekly Goal — the target number of actions the salesperson should complete each week.
This gives reps a clear benchmark for success.
Weekly Activity Columns
Each column represents one week of the selected month.
For each week, you’ll see:
- The actual number of actions completed
- Activity counts shown in red when below weekly goal
- White or uncolored cells when the goal is met or exceeded
Color Coding
- Red shading = goal not reached
- White/unshaded = goal hit or exceeded
This makes it easy to spot strong and weak weeks at a glance.
Update Data
The Update Data button refreshes the hustle records to reflect the most recent activity from Prospecting, Pipeline, and call logs.
This ensures your table always stays current.
