The Performance Dashboard gives your team a simple snapshot of their activity and results. Every chart updates automatically so your reps can see where they stand without running reports or digging for numbers.

This page shows:

  • Quotes Created Presented Won Lost
  • MRR closed per rep
  • Activity totals for each sales user
  • Time filters to compare performance

Everything updates instantly based on the filter selected.

Dashboard Layout

The dashboard is split into two main areas:

  1. Filter Bar + Total MRR
  2. User Performance Charts

At the top you’ll see a total MRR number for the selected date range. Below that are individual charts for each sales rep.

Understanding the Charts

Every user has their own performance chart with four activity types:

  • Created (blue)
  • Presented (orange)
  • Won (green)
  • Lost (red)

These colors stay the same across the entire platform so reps can recognize them quickly.

Under each chart you’ll see the user’s total MRR closed for the selected period.

Time Filters

Use the filter dropdown at the top to switch between:

  • Monthly
  • Weekly
  • Quarterly

Changing the filter updates every chart and every MRR total immediately.

What You Can Do From the Dashboard

From the dashboard users can:

  • Track how many quotes they’ve created and presented
  • See how many deals were won or lost
  • Measure closed MRR
  • Compare performance between team members
  • Review progress at a glance without opening reports

The dashboard keeps everything simple so your team can focus on selling not searching for numbers.
