Copying Quotes

The Copy Quote feature in QwikSell allows sales representatives to quickly create a new quote using an existing one as a starting point. This makes it easy to reuse standard pricing, product configurations, and layouts — saving time while keeping proposals consistent.

When to Use the Copy Quote Option

Copying quotes is helpful when:

  • You want to use an existing quote as a template for a new customer or opportunity.
  • You frequently sell similar products or service bundles.
  • You need to create new quotes quickly while maintaining accurate pricing and formatting.

How to Copy a Quote

  • Go to the Existing Quotes tab in your QwikSell dashboard.
  • Locate the quote you’d like to copy.
  • Click Copy Quote.
  • A new editable version of the quote will open automatically.

From here, you can adjust any part of the quote, including customer details, contact information, pricing, or product items.

Editing a Copied Quote

Once the quote has been copied, your sales rep can:

  • Change the customer or contact.
  • Update line item quantities or pricing.
  • Add or remove specific products or services.
  • Save and send the new quote directly to the customer.

Pro Tip

The Copy Quote feature is great for creating baseline managed services quotes. Sales reps can simply edit the quantities and add or remove products as needed — no need to start from scratch each time.
