Manage Site Settings: Adobe Sign

The Adobe Sign tab allows QwikSell administrators to integrate electronic signature functionality directly into quotes and addendums.
This enables clients to securely sign documents online, streamlining the quote approval process and eliminating manual paperwork.

Accessing Adobe Sign Settings

  • Navigate to Administration from the main menu.
  • Select Manage Site Settings.
  • Click the Adobe Sign tab at the top of the page.

This area displays all Adobe Sign integration credentials, authentication tools, and configuration options.

Integration Setup Fields

Setup Instructions

The setup instructions provide administrators with all the connection details necessary for linking QwikSell to Adobe Sign.
Integration requires valid Adobe Sign API credentials and an authenticated app connection.

Redirect URI

Defines the return path Adobe Sign uses when authorizing QwikSell.
Default:

https://qwiksell.app

Tip: This value must match exactly within your Adobe Sign app configuration to ensure successful authentication.

Public Key / Private Key

Used to securely authenticate the Adobe Sign connection.

  • Public Key: Identifies your QwikSell app.
  • Private Key: Provides secure access for document operations.

Note: Only system administrators should have access to these keys. Never share them externally.

API Access URI

The URL endpoint used to connect to Adobe Sign’s API.
Example:

https://api.na1.adobesign.com

This endpoint may vary by region (e.g., na1, eu1, etc.).

Access Token / Refresh Token

These tokens allow QwikSell to communicate with Adobe Sign without requiring manual logins each time.

  • Access Token: Provides temporary connection to Adobe Sign.
  • Refresh Token: Automatically renews access when the main token expires.

Tip: Tokens may occasionally need to be reauthenticated if integration stops syncing.

Authentication

To connect your Adobe Sign account:

  • Click Authenticate Adobe Sign App.
  • Log in using your Adobe Sign credentials.
  • Approve QwikSell access when prompted.

Once authentication succeeds, the fields populate automatically with updated tokens and keys.

Signing Page Configuration

These fields allow you to choose which Adobe Sign templates QwikSell uses for different document types.

Select Quote Signing Page

Determines which Adobe Sign template is used when customers sign standard quotes.

Adobe Sign Quote Signing Page ID

Displays the ID associated with your selected quote signing template.

Select Addendum Signing Page

Specifies which Adobe Sign template is used for addendum documents attached to quotes.

Adobe Sign Addendum Signing Page ID

Displays the ID for the addendum signing template in use.

Tip: You can create and manage these templates directly in Adobe Sign to maintain consistent branding and legal formatting across all QwikSell documents.

Saving Your Configuration

After setting up or editing Adobe Sign integration details:

  • Review all API and template information.
  • Click Save at the bottom of the page to apply your changes.

QwikSell will now automatically route quotes and addendums through Adobe Sign for secure e-signature collection.
